76 Employee must tell employer about disqualification
(1) An employee of a licensed agent commits an offence if the
employee—
(a) is disqualified under—
(i) section 27 (People disqualified from being licensed) from
being licensed; or
(ii) section 51 (People disqualified from being registered) from
being registered; and
(b) does not tell the licensed agent about the disqualification within
5 business days after the day the employee finds out about it.
