67 Occupational discipline orders—assistant property
(1) This section applies if the ACAT makes an occupational discipline
order to cancel or suspend a registered assistant property agent’s
registration.
(2) The ACAT may cancel or suspend any other registration held by the
registered assistant property agent.

68 Main place of business
(1) On the issue of an agents licence, the commissioner for fair trading
must enter in the register, as the agent’s main place of business, the
place shown in the statement under section 29 (3) (a) (Licence
applications).

(2) A licensed agent must tell the commissioner for fair trading in writing
about any change in the agent’s main place of business in the ACT
within the period prescribed by regulation.
(3) The commissioner for fair trading must enter in the register any
change notified under subsection (2).
