66 Application to ACAT for occupational discipline— If the commissioner for fair trading believes on reasonable grounds that a ground for occupational discipline exists in relation to a registered assistant property agent, the commissioner may apply to the ACAT for an occupational discipline order in relation to the assistant property agent. Note The ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 65 sets out when the ACAT may make an occupational discipline order, and s 66 sets out the occupational discipline orders the ACAT may make.
