55 Further information for registration applications
(1) The commissioner for fair trading may, by written notice given to an
applicant for registration, require the applicant to give the
commissioner further stated information, or a document, that the
commissioner reasonably needs to consider the application.
(2) If the applicant fails to comply with a requirement under
subsection (1), the commissioner may refuse to consider the
application until the requirement is complied with.
