48 Assistant property agents must be registered to recover

(1) A person is not entitled to bring a proceeding to recover salary, or a
commission, fee or reward, for a service provided by the person if, in
providing the service, the person contravened any of the following
provisions:
(a) section 45 (Assistant real estate agents must be registered);
