43 Occupational discipline orders—agents (1) This section applies if the ACAT makes an occupational discipline order to cancel or suspend an agent’s licence. (2) The ACAT may— (a) cancel or suspend any other licence held by the agent; or (b) prohibit the agent administering a general fund or sinking fund under the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011.
