38 Licence certificates (1) If the commissioner for fair trading decides to issue a licence to a person or renew a person’s licence, the commissioner must give the person a licence certificate. (2) The commissioner for fair trading may issue a replacement licence certificate to a licensed agent if satisfied that the certificate has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
