31 Further information for licence applications
(1) The commissioner for fair trading may, by written notice given to an
applicant for a licence, require the applicant to give the commissioner
further stated information, or a document, that the commissioner
reasonably needs to consider the application.
(2) If the applicant fails to comply with a requirement under
subsection (1), the commissioner may refuse to consider the
application until the requirement is complied with.
