28 Advertising intended licence applications
(1) A person who intends to apply for a licence as an agent must give
public notice of the person’s intention to apply for the licence.
(2) The notice must—
(a) state the kind of licence the person intends to apply for; and
(b) for a property agent licence—state the class of licence the person
intends to apply for; and
(c) include any other information prescribed by regulation.
