25 Qualifications and experience for licences
(1) The commissioner for fair trading may declare the qualifications and
experience required for—
(a) a licence, or renewal of a licence, for an agent; and
(b) each class of property agent licence.
(2) A declaration is a disallowable instrument.
(3) A declaration may apply, adopt or incorporate a law of another
jurisdiction or instrument as in force from time to time.
(4) The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) or (6) does not apply in relation
to the law of another jurisdiction or instrument applied, adopted or
incorporated under a declaration.
Note Laws of another jurisdiction and instruments mentioned in s (4) do not
need to be notified under the Legislation Act because s 47 (5) and (6)
does not apply (see Legislation Act, s 47 (7)).
