178 Regulation-making power
(1) The Executive may make regulations for this Act.
(2) A regulation may make provision in relation to—
(a) applications for licences or registrations; and
(b) renewals of licences and registrations; and
(c) the surrender of licences and registrations; and
(d) the keeping of accounts and other records by licensed agents and
registered assistant property agents; and
(e) the transfer of a licensed agent’s business to another licensed
agent, including the transfer of trust money.
(3) A regulation may prescribe offences for contraventions of a
regulation and prescribe maximum penalties of not more than
20 penalty units for offences against a regulation.
