160 Register (1) The commissioner for fair trading must maintain a register for this Act. (2) The register must be available for public inspection at reasonable times. (3) The register may be kept in the form of, or as part of, 1 or more computer databases or in any other form the commissioner for fair trading considers appropriate. (4) The commissioner for fair trading may correct a mistake or omission in the register, subject to any requirements of the regulations. (5) The commissioner for fair trading may change a detail included in the register to keep the register up-to-date.
