134 Accounts to be operated only in accordance with directions (a) the person keeps an account; and (b) a stop direction is in force in relation to the account; and (c) the person has been given a copy of the direction; and (d) the person— (i) writes a cheque on the account; or (ii) withdraws money from the account; and (e) the writing of the cheque or withdrawal of the money contravenes the direction.
