13 Employees not taken to carry on business as agents
For this Act, a person who is an employee of somebody else does not
carry on business as an agent only because the person, in the course
of employment by the other person, performs any of the following
services:
(a) a real estate agent service;
(b) a stock and station agent service;
(c) a business agent service.
