11 Carrying on business as land auctioneer (1) A person carries on business as a land auctioneer if the person provides, or offers to provide, a land auctioneer service for a principal. (2) Each of the following is a land auctioneer service: (a) acting as an auctioneer of land, including rural land; (b) any other service prescribed by regulation for this section.
