10K Certain instruments are disallowable instruments
The following Instruments are disallowable instruments for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901: (a) a determination under subsection 9(3); (b) principles formulated under subsection 9AB(13); (c) guidelines formulated under subsection 9B(1); (d) principles formulated under subsection 10B(7); (e) an instrument under subsection 10D(1), (5) or (6); (f) General Conditions formulated under subsection 10F(1); (fa) Orders made under section 10FH; (g) principles formulated under section 10GF; (h) an instrument under section 10GH; (i) Community Aged Care Services General Conditions formulated under subsection 10GI(1).
