(5) Before publishing a statement under this section, the Minister must allow the organisation operating the hostel not less than 30 days to consider the statement and to make submissions to the Minister in relation to the content of the statement. (6) Where it appears to the Minister in the light of any submission made by the organisation that the content of the statement should be altered, the Minister is to alter the statement accordingly before it is published. (7) The Minister must not publish a statement that contains information that relates to a day on or after the day on which the Aged Care Act 1997 (other than Division 1 of that Act) commences.
