#### 99 Interested person may request reconsideration of reviewable Commissioner decision (1) An interested person for a reviewable Commissioner decision may request the Commissioner to reconsider the decision. (2) If the request is to reconsider a complaints reviewable decision, the request: (a) may be made in writing or orally; and (b) must set out the reasons for the request; and (c) must be given to the Commissioner within 42 days after the interested person is notified of the decision. (3) If the request is to reconsider a regulatory reviewable decision, the request must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) set out the reasons for the request; and (c) be given to the Commissioner within 14 days after the interested person is notified of the decision.
