#### 8 Specification of programs For the purposes of subsection 8(1) of the Commission Act, the following programs are specified: (a) the program known as the Commonwealth Home Support Programme; (b) the program known as the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program. > Note: A Commonwealth‑funded aged care service is a service provided under such a program.
