#### 78 Notification of decision to revoke accreditation of accredited service If the Commissioner decides to revoke the accreditation of an accredited service under section 77, the Commissioner must, within 14 days after making the decision, give written notice of the following to the approved provider of the service: (a) the decision; (b) the reasons for the decision; (c) the day on which the revocation is to take effect; (d) how the provider may apply for reconsideration of the decision to revoke the accreditation, or the decision regarding the day the revocation is to take effect.
