#### 63A Commissioner may direct revision of plans for continuous improvement (1) This section applies if the Commissioner reasonably believes that it is necessary for the plan for continuous improvement for an accredited service, a residential service or a home service to be revised to ensure that the Aged Care Quality Standards are complied with in relation to the service. (2) The Commissioner may, by written notice given to the approved provider of the accredited service or residential service, or the home service provider of the home service, direct the provider: (a) to revise the plan for continuous improvement for the service; and (b) to give the Commissioner a copy of the revised plan. (3) The provider must comply with the request within 14 days after the notice is given.
