#### 63 Commissioner may request plans for continuous improvement (1) The Commissioner may, by written notice given to the approved provider of an accredited service or a residential service, or the home service provider of a home service, request the provider to give the Commissioner a copy of the plan for continuous improvement for the service. (2) The provider must comply with the request within 14 days after the notice is given.
