#### 53A Commissioner must appoint assessment team to conduct quality audit (1) The Commissioner must: (a) appoint one or more quality assessors to form an assessment team to conduct a quality audit of a home service; and (b) give the team any relevant information or documents. (2) However, the Commissioner must not appoint a quality assessor to form the assessment team to conduct the quality audit of the service if: (a) at any time during the 3 year period preceding the proposed appointment, the assessor was employed by, or provided services to, the home service provider of the service; or (b) the assessor has a pecuniary or other interest that could conflict with the proper conduct of the audit.
