#### 44 Decision to revoke accreditation of accredited service (1) If the Commissioner decides not to re‑accredit an accredited service under section 41, the Commissioner may revoke the accreditation of the accredited service. > Note: The approved provider may request the Commissioner to reconsider the decision under Part 7. (2) If the Commissioner decides to revoke the accreditation of an accredited service under subsection (1), the Commissioner must decide the day on which the revocation is to take effect. > Note: The approved provider may request the Commissioner to reconsider the decision under Part 7.
