#### 28 Applications for accreditation or re‑accreditation (1) An application made under section 27 by the approved provider of a commencing service, an accredited service or a previously accredited service must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) be in the form approved by the Commissioner; and (c) include an undertaking by the provider, that if the service were to be accredited or re‑accredited under this Part, the provider will undertake continuous improvement in relation to the service as measured against the Aged Care Quality Standards; and (d) be accompanied by any other information or documents specified by the Commissioner; and (e) be accompanied by any fee specified by the Commissioner. (2) The Commissioner must not accept the application if the application does not comply with subsection (1).
