27 Approved provider may apply for accreditation or re‑accreditation of residential aged care services

(1) The approved provider of a commencing service may apply to the Commissioner for the accreditation of the service. (2) The approved provider of an accredited service, or a previously accredited service, may apply to the Commissioner for the re‑accreditation of the service.
