#### 23BE Actions dealing with outcomes of investigations If an investigation is carried out in relation to the compliance under paragraph 23BD(1)(d) or as required under paragraph 23BD(3)(a) or (b), the Commissioner may exercise any of the Commissioner’s powers under the Commission Act or this instrument to deal with the outcome of the investigation, as the Commissioner considers appropriate.
