22 Referral of issue to Secretary etc.
(1) Nothing in this Part prevents the Commissioner from referring an issue raised in a complaint or provider responsibility information to the Secretary or another person or body. (2) If the Commissioner refers an issue raised in a complaint or provider responsibility information under subsection (1), the Commissioner may continue to deal with the complaint or information under this Part.
