#### 161 Revocation following review audit (1) This section applies in relation to a decision whether to revoke the accreditation of an accredited service under subsection 77(1) that: (a) follows a review audit of the accredited service that began, but was not completed, before 1 January 2020; and (b) is made on or after 1 January 2020. (2) The amendments of Subdivisions B and C of Division 6 of Part 5 made by the amending instrument apply in relation to the decision.
