#### 158 Assessment contacts initiated but not completed before 1 January 2020 (1) This section applies in relation to an assessment contact with the approved provider of an accredited service, or the home service provider of a home service, if the assessment contact: (a) was first made by a regulatory official before 1 January 2020; and (b) immediately before 1 January 2020, the regulatory official had not given the provider written notice under section 68 in relation to the assessment contact. (2) Sections 68 and 68A, as in force on 1 January 2020, apply in relation to the assessment contact as if a purpose of the assessment contact was to assess the provider’s performance, in relation to the service, against the Aged Care Quality Standards.
