#### 152 Applications for accreditation of a commencing service Applications made before 1 January 2020 (1) Subdivision C of Division 3 of Part 3, as in force on 1 January 2020, applies in relation to an application made by the approved provider of a commencing service under subsection 27(1) if: (a) the application was made before 1 January 2020; and (b) immediately before 1 January 2020, the Commissioner had not made a decision on the application. Applications made on or after 1 January 2020 (2) Subdivision C of Division 3 of Part 3, as in force on 1 January 2020, applies in relation to an application made by the approved provider of a commencing service under subsection 27(1) on or after 1 January 2020.
