#### 138 Definitions In this Division: > Accreditation Standards means the Accreditation Standards set out in the Quality of Care Principles 2014, as in force immediately before the SQF commencement time. > amending instrument means the Aged Care Legislation Amendment (Single Quality Framework Consequential Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Instrument 2019. > Flexible Care Standards means the Flexible Care Standards set out in the Quality of Care Principles 2014, as in force immediately before the SQF commencement time. > Home Care Standards means the Home Care Standards set out in the Quality of Care Principles 2014, as in force immediately before the SQF commencement time. > SQF commencement time means the start of 1 July 2019.
