#### 120 Saving of reminder notices about accreditation (1) This section applies in relation to a notice given by the CEO under subsection 2.1A(1) of the Quality Agency Principles if: (a) the notice was given before the transition time; and (b) immediately before that time, the notice still has effect. (2) Despite the repeal of the Quality Agency Principles, the notice continues to have effect, after the transition time, as if it were a notice given by the Commissioner under subsection 46(1) of this instrument.
