#### 116 Saving of pre‑transition directions given to approved provider etc. (1) This section applies in relation to a direction given by the Complaints Commissioner under subsection 15(7) of the Complaints Principles if: (a) the direction was given before the transition time; and (b) immediately before that time, the direction still has effect. (2) Despite the repeal of the Complaints Principles, the direction continues to have effect, after the transition time, as if it were a direction given by the Commissioner under section 19 of this instrument.
