#### 112 Definitions In this Division: > additional functions instrument means the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (Other Functions) Instrument 2015, as in force immediately before the transition time. > CEO means the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency appointed under section 16 of the Quality Agency Act. > Complaints Commissioner means the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner appointed under section 95A‑2 of the Aged Care Act, as in force immediately before the transition time. > Complaints Principles means the Complaints Principles 2015, as in force immediately before the transition time. > Quality Agency Act means the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Act 2013, as in force immediately before the transition time. > Quality Agency Principles means the Quality Agency Principles 2013, as in force immediately before the transition time. > Quality Framework means the Quality Framework for the program known as the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program, published by the Department and as in force from time to time. > Note: The Quality Framework could in 2019 be viewed on the Commission’s website (https://www.agedcarequality.gov.au). > transition time means the commencement of this instrument.
