#### 74GAA Privilege against self‑incrimination not abrogated (1) Nothing in this Division affects the right of a person to refuse to answer a question, give information or give a document on the ground that answering the question, giving the information or giving the document might tend to incriminate the person. (2) The fact that this section is included in this Division does not imply that the privilege against self‑incrimination is abrogated in any other Act.
