74AD Governing persons of approved providers must comply with Code of Conduct
(1) A governing person of an approved provider must comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct that apply to the person. (2) A governing person of an approved provider contravenes this subsection if: (a) the provider is a corporation; and (b) the person fails to comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct that apply to the person.
Civil penalty: 250 penalty units.
