#### 74AB Contravention of Code of Conduct by approved providers An approved provider contravenes this section if: (a) the provider is a corporation; and (b) the provider fails to comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct that apply to the provider. > Note: Approved providers have a responsibility under paragraph 54‑1(1)(g) of the Aged Care Act to comply with the Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with that responsibility may result in a sanction being imposed under section 63N of this Act. Civil penalty: 250 penalty units.
