#### 63B Application for approval as provider of aged care (1) A person may apply to the Commissioner to be approved as a provider of aged care. (2) The application must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) be in a form approved by the Commissioner; and (c) be accompanied by any documents or information specified by the Commissioner; and (d) be accompanied by any fee specified by the Commissioner. (3) The person may, in writing, withdraw the application at any time before the Commissioner makes a decision on the application.
