#### 58A Additional purpose of NDIS worker screening database It is also a purpose of the NDIS worker screening database under subsection 181Y(3) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 to share information in that database with the following: (a) the Commissioner, for the purpose of assisting in the performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the Commissioner; (b) the Secretary, for the purpose of assisting in the performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the Secretary under the Aged Care Act.
