#### 52 Annual report The annual report prepared by the Commissioner and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include: (a) an assessment of the extent to which the Commission’s operations during the period have contributed to the priorities set out in the annual operational plan for the period; and (b) particulars of any variations of the annual operational plan during the period; and (c) an evaluation of the Commission’s overall performance during the period against the performance indicators set out in the annual operational plan for the period; and (d) information about sanctions imposed under Part 7B for non‑compliance with aged care responsibilities, including the nature of the non‑compliance and the sanctions imposed.
