12 Reviewable decision
(1) A decision by the Secretary under paragraph 11(1)(a) that an approved provider is no longer eligible for the transitional workforce supplement is a reviewable decision. (2) Part 6.1 of the Act applies to the reviewable decision mentioned in subsection (1) as if a reference in that Part to this Act included a reference to these Principles.
