#### 81A Breaches of conditions before commencement day If: (a) a particular condition is covered by paragraph 29(1)(b); and (b) before the commencement day, there was a failure to comply with the condition; and (c) as at the commencement day, no declaration under section 10FAA or 10FI of the 1954 Act had been made in relation to the failure; Part 4.4 of the new Act applies to the failure as if the failure had happened after the commencement day.
