#### 32 Applications for financial assistance for community aged care services packages (1) If: (a) an organisation had, before the commencement day, applied under section 10GF of the 1954 Act for financial assistance for community aged care services packages (within the meaning of the 1954 Act); and (b) as at the commencement day, the Minister had not yet made a decision on the application; the application is taken, for the purposes of the new Act, to be an application made, on the commencement day, under section 13-1 of the new Act for an allocation of \*places in respect of \*community care subsidy. (2) For the purposes of the new Act, the application is taken to be a valid application that meets all the requirements of section 13-1 of the new Act.
