#### 12 Applications to be an approved provider of community aged care services If: (a) an organisation had, before the commencement day, applied for approval under section 10GC of the 1954 Act; and (b) as at the commencement day, the Minister had not yet made a decision on the application; the application is taken, for the purposes of the new Act, to be an application made by the organisation, on the commencement day, under section 8-2 of the new Act, for approval as a provider of aged care.
