98 Pricing information—initial report

Section 166‑1005 of the new rules applies as if the following were inserted after subsection (1) of that section: ‘(1A) For the purposes of paragraph 166(1)(a) of the Act, a registered provider must: (a) give a report to the System Governor of the standard price charged during standard business hours that the provider charges individuals for each service in the service types referred to in subsection (3); and (b) do so before 8 November 2025; and (c) do so in the approved form.’
