81 Financial information statements for payment periods under the old law—home care

(1) This section applies if, before the transition time: (a) an entity was required to give a written statement to a care recipient, in respect of a payment period ending before the transition time, under subsection 21B(1) of the User Rights Principles; and (b) the entity had not given the written statement to the care recipient. (2) Despite the repeal of the User Rights Principles, the requirement to give the written statement to the care recipient continues to apply after the transition time, in relation to the payment period, as if that repeal had not happened.
