70 Notification of cessation of home care not given before transition time

(1) This section applies if, before the transition time: (a) an entity was required to give a notice to the Secretary under section 30A of the Accountability Principles in relation to a care recipient; and (b) the period for giving the notice had not ended; and (c) the required notice had not been given. (2) Despite the repeal of the Accountability Principles, the requirement to give the notice continues to apply, after the transition time, as if that repeal had not happened.
