43 Transfer of places under the old law—transferors to provide transferee with certain records

(1) This section applies if, before the transition time: (a) an entity was required to give records or copies of records to another person under section 16‑11 of the old Act; and (b) the entity had not given the records or copies of the records to the other person. (2) Despite the repeal of the old Act, the requirement to give the records or copies to the other person continues to apply, after the transition time, as if that repeal had not happened.
