34 Modified operation of Division 1 of Part 5 of Chapter 2 of new Act—application of notional section 94A
Notional section 94A of the new Act: (a) applies for the purposes of enabling place allocation decisions taken to have been made under sections 35, 36, 37 and 38 of this instrument; and (b) applies in addition to section 94 of the new Act; and (c) does not affect the operation of section 94 of the new Act after the transition time.
